Wish things were better...

Things not so good here...

The fibro has been hell, and I've been incredibly busy.  NOT journaling properly, but am still planning.  And keeping to the Waterfall diet.

Hm...  Nothing shiftine, and it looks like the pain meds are not helping in that respect.  I'm cutting back on them.  Also starting swimming again today!  Hopefully whan the water retention goes down and the exercise kicks in, the pain will go down too!

Starting to journal...

I need to start the journal.  It's OK having that lovely plan and buying all that diet-friendly food, but really - it ain't gonna work if I start adding unscheduled snacks into the mix!  So today I'm aiming to start the journal again, and keep track of everything.  I shall get out my trusty ruler and pencil and see how I get on...

Yesterday I did manage not to snack, except last thing at night, when I had a large carrot!  Today we need to top up the apples and bananas, and I might get in some more rice milk.  More busy sewing today (even though I cancelled my customer because of the weather), so not time for snacking.  Off to make breakfast...

The last day of wheat...

And lots of other stuff!  We were lucky: I did find rice milk and dairy free marge replacement spread.  The soya one tastes OK.

Tomorrow I need to make gallons of soup as well as get back to the sewing.  At least the sewing will stop me filling my face all day!

I didn't have a terribly good day today.  Very tired and dopey.  Too many lost nights of sleep.  Hopefully we can get back into a routine and things will improve.  At least the menu is planned and the food bought.

For The Munchies I have plenty of fruit and carrots, which were always my old standby.

Harder than I thought...

,

Did I set myself too high a goal?  I wanted to get the meals planned for a fornight ahead as I have guests next weekend and wanted to plan simple foods I could either cook ahead or not spend too much time on if I had to cook while the guests were here and we were busy...  It took all day!  Mind you, yesterday was a very low energy day, after very little sleep the night before.  Last night I was in bed at about midnight, but awake by 4:30  and up before five.  Not good...
